Strategic merger sees Ego grow
Ego is very excited to announce the recent merger with AKA Enterprises, a move that will facilitate its growth into a full service, design, media and marketing agency.
AKA Enterprises, a strategic marketing consultancy, specialises in marketing and business planning, sales strategies, financial services marketing, strategic alliances and affiliate programs, public relations, copywriting, and multimedia production.
Along with Ego's existing design, branding, publishing and print management capabilities, the new entity, Ego Creative Media Pty. Ltd, will emerge as a serious contender in the local design and marketing industries.
"This move allows us to offer a complete strategic marketing service, complimenting our current branding and production services. Our new, fully integrated service will assist the client with not only achieving a great end result, but also to plan and implement an overall marketing strategy, utilising innovative and cost effective methods such as affiliate and referral programs and sales strategies," said Scott Hunt, Ego's Managing Director.
"It also strengthens our corporate publishing capabilities and allows us to offer multimedia production such as corporate DVDs and television production."
AKA's Founding Director, Carol Wallbank, is the new Director of Sales and Marketing at Ego and brings with her a wealth of experience in the strategic marketing and financial services sectors. In the past Carol has worked for FOXTEL Sydney, Network TEN and BankWest, and past clients include Virgin Money, Flexirent and Rentsmart.
Carol's strengths lie in her conceptual and strategic thinking, corporate networks, and project management skills. Carol is also the Executive Director of Wake Up! WA, Western Australia's only locally produced morning television program.
"This merger was a natural progression as Ego has been working closely with Carol and AKA over the past 8 months to offer our clients strategic planning and PR services," said Scott.
